wayfinding
those finding their way
Discovering an inner compass
while cultivating the capacity to navigate change.
We are living in a world of rapid change, constant stimulation, and technologies that are reshaping the way we live and relate, while carrying the same deep questions asked by generations before:
Who am I?
Where do I belong?
How do I want to live?
We are living at an extraordinary threshold.
So much is arriving at once.
Our attention is pulled in many directions, while the body continues to ask for rhythm, relationship, rest, and connection.
Our senses are listening, receiving, and responding.
This work begins with curiosity.
How do I experience the world?
We don't need to retreat from modern world. We need to become more deeply connected to ourselves, each other, and the living world while being within it.

Every nervous system is different.
Understanding your sensory patterns can offer a new kind of self-knowledge:
What helps me focus?
What overwhelms me?
What energises me?
What do I need when things change?
What helps me feel grounded?
And perhaps this is where we begin to cultivate something deeper:
learning when to move,
when to pause,
when to listen,
and when to find your bearings.
To know what supports you.
To recognise what you need.
To find your own rhythm.

An emerging offering
I am currently exploring how sensory mapping can be meaningfully brought into work with young people, families, and schools.
The approach is informed by Sensory Intelligence™, mindfulness, & integrative self-regulation practices,
connecting with schools, families, educators, and youth practitioners who would like to explore the impact of this work.
